MCE®Delivery and packaging Information

Please be aware! We what to inform that according to your country/government import law, you may need to pay TAX/VAT in your local custom which is not included in our product and shipping price. Our price includes product, local handeling cost in our store located country, packing, local tax in our store located country and shipping fees only. In many country there is minimum amount import for free. When it cross the minimum amount most of the country charge the import fees which you have to be ready to pay to your shipping or custom clearing company.

There are 3 types of delivery service we use to deliver consignment. To find out the actual time for any
type of delivery service, first you must place your order in Cart.

In any products you wish, click ADD TO CART BUTTON, your chosen item goes in SHOPPING CART. You can see it in upper
right side of web page. If you click on the VIEW CART. In this page, you provide your full address then our system shall calculate required shipping cost which includes packing and local handling in origin country.
In this same page, you can choose delivery service (MCE Economy, MCE Priority or Other) type and find out the cost of delivery.
Given shipping rate for below 20 kg is indicative only. If it looks incorrect or you have any doubt, please feel free to email us. We may find cheaper or better solution for yourindividual case.
P.S. Above 20 kg (any weight, any country) we will provide you special cargo (probably also courier) rates. For further information please contact us by email.

Delivery Times: (According to delivery service type and country)
Manufacturing (if required
or collecting or preparing time
+ Payment or credit approval time
+ Packing time
+ Shipping time = Total delivery time.

1. Economic Service: The cheapest way though it takes 11-16 days from dispatch date
though it is bit cheaper compere to priority service.
2. Priority Service: Standard (medium) price, delivery from 6-9 days from dispatch date.
3. Express Service: Comparatively expensive but you will receive parcel in 4-5 days from dispatch date.
Approximate delivery time will be provided after you choose the type of delivery service.It also depends
delivery company's service in your country.

Note:  The parcel will be dispatched after confirmation of payment. In general situation dispatching time does not exceed 72 hours depending on product availability, delivery service type, geographical time zone etc.

  2. PACKING

Depending on your order volume, we use different materials and methods for packing. If you accept our packing method and our recommendation, we assure purchase products safety delivery.
     To save the nature, to make packing cheaper and to be Eco-friendly we use newspapers, bubble plastic, thermacol foam, Wooden/hardboard, cardboard, etc then we cover the boxes with the Polypropylene Plastic Bags, on top of it there will be metal or plastic strip. Please be patient while opening. Safety of your product is most important for us so we use the most possible secure way.

A) Fully Secure : We pack our products/items in recycled newspapers, bubble plastic, thin foam
or thermocol, according to how delicate is the item. It protects well inside. After that we use hardboard.
Until now our clients were always grateful to receive their items in perfect condition. It is bit more bit more weight but 100% secured. We recommend it for more fragile items (ex. Statues, Gongs, Filters and copper items, Antique singing bowls etc) and also for normal items to be confident.

B) Double Cardboard: Besides wrapping in newspapers, bubble plastic or foam, in this
packing method we use double cardboard which is bit lighter in weight. It is medium safe.
We recommend it for medium way for most of the non-fragile items (ex. Singing bowls, Mallets, Bells, Tingshaws, hard items, Conch shells, Malas, Incenses etc)

C) Single Cardboard: All other inside packing materials are same but in this method we
use single cardboard. It is standard in safety. We would suggest it for garments, cushions, Bags, Prayer flags etc.
